Once the Temporary Closure Agreement Pending Investigation is signed by the licensing specialist and the licensee, it is not posted at the center.
If a complaint is received regarding the closed facility, or if there are allegations that the licensee is providing care to children after the temporary closure agreement is executed, the licensing specialist should consult with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor and, when appropriate, OLC, regarding how to follow up while the investigation is underway.
