4.3.2 When the Licensing Specialist is Unable to Monitor a Health and Safety Rule on Day of Visit

In compliance with federal Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) requirements, certain health and safety administrative rules must be reviewed each year at all centers. The licensing specialist must complete this review each calendar year and must mark each of the health and safety rules included in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag as met, unmet or not applicable. The licensing specialist should follow the procedures outlined in Section 4.3 when s/he is unable to monitor a health and safety rule on the day of the visit.
