4.1 Administrative Rules that do not Apply to the Center

Rules that do not apply to the specific center are indicated as not applicable (“N/A”). For example:

• Rules pertaining to services not offered by and approved for the center (e.g., transportation, night care, infant and toddler care, school-age children);

• Rules related to specific potential hazards that are not present at the center (e.g., swimming pools, hot tubs);

• Rules that do not apply to a licensee, such as rules regarding providing care when the licensee owns more than one center.
