4. Information to Exclude from the Comment Fields

The comments fields in WISCCRS do not include the following information:

• Complaint findings

• Planned subsequent actions that may be taken, such as notation that the licensing specialist is weighing the possibility of an enforcement action

• Personal reminders and notes to oneself

• Information that is not relevant to the particular WISCCRS module in which the comments are entered
