8. Record Keeping

The Enforcement module in WISCCRS contains information about all enforcement actions and warning letters. The step-by-step procedure for entering warning letters into the Enforcement module in WISCCRS is explained in the WISCCRS User Guide on Enforcements. Compliance information is displayed on the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website the day after it is entered into WISCCRS with an issue date. Violations remain on the public search website for three years. When three years have passed since the results were posted, the results automatically drop off the website.

For more information on record keeping, see the chapter titled Facility Files in the Record Keeping section of the procedure manual.
