Rarely, a licensing specialist may, with the approval of the licensing manager/licensing supervisor, issue a warning letter for circumstances other than those addressed above. For example, depending on the past history of the licensee, the licensing specialist might issue a warning letter to a licensee who failed to respond to a Noncompliance Statement and Correction Plan.
