2.2 For Numerous Violations

The licensing specialist should discuss with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor a situation that s/he believes may warrant a warning letter when the sheer number of violations suggests a situation exists that is dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the children in care. In most situations, an order may be a more appropriate response. (It should be noted that the licensing specialist must assure that a center is assigned to at least the Moderate Monitoring Plan if the center has been cited for 20 or more violations at a single monitoring visit.)
