Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The licensing specialist must ensure that the Notice of the Temporary Suspension of the License is filed in Enforcement Actions section of the facility file in WISCCRS. If the temporary license suspension is based on criminal background check information, a copy of the DOJ report and Integrated Background Information System (IBIS) search results are filed in the background check information section of the facility file. If a child abuse and neglect (CAN) investigation finding is the basis of the temporary license suspension, the CAN report, along with any associated law enforcement reports or other related documents, should be uploaded in the Confidential Documents section of WISCCRS facility file.
