Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The statutory authority to issue a temporary suspension of a probationary or regular license to operate a child care facility is provided under Wis. Stat. § 48.715(3)(b). The statute provides for the suspension of the licensee’s license for not more than two weeks.
