Any taxpayer information received by BECR from DOR can only be used to the extent necessary to assist in the valid administrative needs of BECR in carrying out the tax delinquency query or as otherwise allowed by state or federal law. BECR personnel with access to the information will adhere to the policies and procedures of DOR regarding confidentiality. Information in electronic format must be stored and processed in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot retrieve the information by means of computer, remote terminal or otherwise.
