In addition to receiving notifications of delinquent and clearance certificates from the Central Office OPA, information on the status of the applicant/licensee’s tax delinquency case with DOR is also available in WISCCRS. This information is transferred from the DOR Interface into WISCCRS on a weekly basis and can be checked for updates anytime. The results are displayed in WISCCRS in the following two locations:
At the WISCCRS home page, as a report under Administration titled DOR Request and Results. The link is on the bottom of the page.
Within the Facility itself in WISCCRS, either by linking to the DOR Requests tab (Applicant Details – DOR Requests) to view DOR results under a business/licensee’s FEIN or linking to the Individuals tab (Location Details – Individuals – DOR Request) to view DOR status under a licensee’s SSN.
