When BECR issues a revocation for tax delinquency, the revocation is entered into WISCCRS and identified on the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search Website. However, when BECR withdraws a tax delinquency revocation because of clearance actions taken by DOR, such as issuance of a tax clearance certificate, the revocation is removed from the public search website and is no longer visible to the public.
