Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
As an alternative to temporarily closing a center, regional BECR staff may make a discretionary decision to allow the center to remain open if the licensee agrees that:
The person being investigated will not be permitted on the premises at any time that children are present or such other times as are necessary to protect the public health, safety or welfare, or
The person will not work in a caregiver capacity or have other direct contact with children at the center.
