2. Drafting Documents Necessary to Initiate the Summary Suspension

The licensing specialist must prepare documents to initiate the summary suspension. These include the following:

• Notice of Summary Suspension, which will be delivered to the licensee. (See 2.1. Notice of Summary Suspension.);

• Notice to Inform Parents of Summary Suspension, with information regarding the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website and a contact number for the local child resource and referral agency.
