When the OLC attorney and BECR licensing manager/licensing supervisor jointly make the decision to settle a contested enforcement action through a stipulation agreement, the OLC attorney drafts the stipulation. The OLC attorney works directly with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor to establish the terms and conditions of the stipulation.
The OLC attorney also drafts the stipulated settlement agreements, in consultation with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor.
