Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website will show the stipulation in two places. It will appear in the Condition Details section, in the Condition Type column and will indicate “See Posted Stipulation dated mm/dd/yyyy” in the Comments column. It will also be identified in the Regulation Details section, in the Decision column, for three years from the enforcement mailing date.
