The Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website will identify that there is a stipulation in place in the Condition Details section, in the Condition Type column. The Comments column will indicate “Family Child Care/Foster Care Stipulation dated mm/dd/yyyy”. The stipulation document itself is not displayed on the public search website.
