Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The begin date of the stipulation must be entered into WISCCRS. This is the date that the stipulation is signed by the licensee and the licensing manager/licensing supervisor.
The end date of the stipulation is the date the stipulation is no longer in effect or withdrawn. It is not necessary to enter an end date into WISCCRS when a stipulation will be ongoing and presumed to be in effect as long as the license is in effect. If there is no end date, the stipulation remains in effect and will continue to be identified on the license until the end of the licensing period. An end date should not be entered, either on the stipulation document signed by the licensee and posted at the center, or in WISCCRS. At license continuation (or relocation), the licensing specialist must review and re-evaluate the stipulation to determine if it should remain in effect for the new licensing period. If the licensing specialist determines the stipulation should remain in effect for the new licensing period, it must be re-entered in Conditions under the new Application period and it remains on the license certificate.
