A stipulation related to the physical plant or premises is identified on the license certificate. On the license certificate itself, under the Conditions heading, the stipulation is identified with the statement, “See Posted Stipulation dated mm/dd/yyyy”. In order to have the identification of the stipulation displayed on the license certificate, the value “Stipulation” must be picked from the drop down options under Condition Type in WISCCRS and the 'Print on Certificate' box must be checked. The statement “See Posted Stipulation dated mm/dd/yyyy” must be entered into the comments field.
