Most stipulations are recorded on the license certificate, posted beside the license and posted to the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website. Stipulated settlement agreements that do not include a provision requiring posting are not posted beside the license or identified on the public website.
A stipulation that places conditions on the license, but is not associated with issuance of an enforcement action, is uploaded into the document repository in the Application Details section in WISCCRS.
A stipulation that follows issuance of an enforcement action is uploaded into the document repository tied to the specific enforcement action in WISCCRS. Likewise, a stipulated settlement agreement is uploaded into the document repository tied to the specific enforcement action in WISCCRS.
If a child abuse and neglect (CAN) investigation finding is the basis of the stipulation, the CAN report, along with any associated law enforcement reports or other related documents, should be uploaded in confidential documents in WISCCRS.
