Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
If the licensing specialist determines, through a monitoring visit, self-report or substantiated complaint, that the licensee is not in compliance with the conditions of the stipulation, s/he should consult with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor regarding the enforcement action that should be taken next, such as revocation. For more information, see the chapter titled Revocation in the Enforcement Actions section of this manual.
