8. Issuing an Order to Provide Training

An order to provide training compels a licensee to provide training for the licensee’s staff members on topic(s) specified by BECR. The order, signed by the licensing manager/licensing supervisor, states that the licensee must provide training to employees on a particular topic within the time frame specified by BECR. The order identifies the additional enforcement actions that may be taken if the licensee fails to comply with the order within the time frame. The standard format for an order is available on the BECR Intranet.
