6. Issuing an Order to Implement and Comply with the BECR Plan of Correction

An order to implement and comply with the BECR plan of correction compels a licensee to implement the plan of correction determined by BECR. The order, signed by the licensing manager/licensing supervisor, states that the licensee must implement and comply with the plan of correction developed by BECR within a time frame set forth in the order. The order identifies the additional enforcement actions that may be taken if the licensee fails to implement and comply with the plan of correction within the time frame. The standard format for an order is available on the BECR Intranet.
