Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
An order to submit a plan of correction compels a licensee to submit a plan to address violation(s) of any provision of licensure under Wis. Stat. § 48.70(1), or rules promulgated by the Department under Wis. Stat. § 48.67. The order, signed by the licensing manager/licensing supervisor, states that the licensee must submit a plan of correction within a time frame set forth in the order. The order identifies additional enforcement actions that may be taken if the licensee fails to submit the plan of correction within this time frame.
