Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The Enforcement module in WISCCRS contains information about all enforcement actions, including orders. Violations and/or complaints for a licensed facility can be attached to specific enforcement actions. Enforcement actions are displayed on the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website the day after they are entered into WISCCRS.
The step-by-step procedure for entering enforcement information into the Enforcement module in WISCCRS is explained in the WISCCRS User Guide on Enforcements. For more information on record keeping, see the chapter titled Facility Files in the Record Keeping section of the procedure manual.
