2.4 Failure to Meet Minimum Requirements by Group and Family Child Care Applicants

If the decision is made to deny a group or family child care center application because of a repeated failure to meet minimum requirements, the standardized format, Denial – FCC Checklist Issues, or Denial – GCC Checklist Issues, is sent to the applicant along with documentation identifying those rules verified as not being met.
