Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The Bureau of Early Care Regulation (BECR) is the agency delegated by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to license and regulate child care centers. The following identifies the steps BECR follows in denial or revocation of a child care license in response to delinquent unemployment insurance contributions owed to the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) by a licensee or an applicant for licensure.
