When BECR issues a revocation for delinquent UI contributions, the revocation is entered into WISCCRS and identified on the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search Website. When BECR withdraws a revocation issued due to delinquent UI contributions because of actions taken by DWD, such as issuance of a nondelinquency certificate, the revocation is removed from the public search website and is no longer visible to the public.
