Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
Licensing manager/licensing supervisors should establish an internal procedure to conduct periodic review of all self-reports submitted to the regional office to determine whether there is a pattern of incidents that may suggest the need for administrative rule or procedural changes. Such a review should be conducted at least annually.
