If, upon review of the details surrounding the event described in the report the licensing specialist concludes that there clearly was no violation of administrative rules and additional investigation is not required, the licensing specialist documents the self-report in WISCCRS, indicating this. The self-report and accompanying documentation is uploaded under Documents in the Location Details section in WISCCRS. If confidential information is included in the documentation, this documentation must be uploaded in Confidential Documents, with a notation in the comments field.
