Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The DC-1 Letter, CFS-856, CFS-856A, the Complaint Investigation Summary letter (if issued), and any other documentation related to the complaint investigation should be uploaded into the Complaint/Incident Module in WISCCRS. An enforcement action that may have resulted from the complaint investigation is uploaded in the Enforcement Module in WISCCRS.
