Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The licensing specialist completes the investigation entry in WISCCRS and describes what was alleged, how the allegation(s) was investigated, what was found, and what will be done in response to the findings in WISCCRS. The description may refer to the CFS-856 or CFS-856A form, if the provider completed it and the licensing specialist follows the regional process to ensure forms are uploaded in WISCCRS.
