Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The licensing manager/licensing supervisor may decide, in consultation with the licensing specialist, to request that the appropriate District Attorney issue an injunction, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 48.77, to prevent and restrain the provider from further violation of Wis. Stat. § 48.65. It is the duty of the district attorneys, upon request by BECR, to institute action for such injunction under Chapter 813, Wis. Stat.
