2.4.2 There is History with BECR and the Provider is NOT Certified

If the WISCCRS search reveals that the provider is not currently licensed and not currently certified, but there is BECR history on the center, the current complaint investigation must be done on-site.

The regional staff person processing the complaint intake should reference documentation of the previous, applicable BECR history with the assigned licensing specialist who will do the on-site investigation.
