2.3.2 If the Provider is Currently Certified

The regional staff person must check the name, if known, and/or address identified in the complaint to determine whether the center is currently certified. If the center is certified, this will be indicated in WISCCRS. If the center is not currently certified but has a certification history, the regional staff person searches for history of a revocation based on substantiation of a licensable number of children in care.
