Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
When a group or camp child care license is amended to increase capacity during the current period of licensure, a fee is collected in the amount of $16.94 per additional child. No base fee is collected for an amendment, as the base fee is collected prior to issuance of the license. The amendment fee must be paid prior to issuance of the amended license.
Capacity increases are not prorated unless the change occurs during the probationary license period, in which fees will be assessed at ΒΌ of the rate. See Section 2.
A refund is not issued when a group child care or day camp license is amended to reduce capacity during the current period of licensure.
