7.3 Facility Closure

If a licensee pays the license continuation fee, but subsequently decides to close the facility prior to the start of the next two-year licensing cycle, a full refund will be issued. However, if the licensee pays the continuation fee and decides to close after the start of their next two-year licensing cycle, no refund will be given.
