4.1.1 Facility Will Close

Fees for a regular, two-year non-expiring license may be prorated under the following circumstance: If, at the time of license continuation, the licensee notifies BECR, in writing, of his/her intent to close the facility in six months or less, the licensee will be allowed to pay a prorated six-month license fee. This is a one-time only transaction. If, at the end of the six-month, license, the licensee decides to continue to be licensed, they will be charged the full two-year license fee.
