Since January 1, 2019, at the time the Fieldprint fingerprint scan appointment is made online, the individual must pay the fees via credit card or electronic check. This covers the cost of the Fieldprint fingerprint capture fee and the cost of the FBI and DOJ fingerprint background check. If the individual schedules a fingerprint appointment at a Fieldprint location that collects rolled inked prints, rather than capturing prints digitally using LiveScan, additional fees may be charged.
