14. Licensing Fees During Revocation and Denial

If the licensee files an appeal of a revocation or a denial of a license with the Division of Hearings and Appeals, the licensee is permitted to continue operation of the child care center during the appeal proceedings. Licensing fees are collected along with the continuation materials and the licensee remains subject to the requirements of Chapter 48 and the administrative rule.

A separate cover letter is included with the continuation materials for facilities operating during the revocation or denial appeal process. This standardized format is available on the BECR Intranet.
