If a facility moves from one location to another location on a temporary basis with the intent to relocate back to the original location within the current licensing period, no new fee will be charged if there is no increase in capacity at the new location. A letter will be issued permitting the licensee to operate temporarily at the new location under the conditions of their current license. This change should be noted in the comments tab in WISCCRS. Permission to operate at a temporary location may not be granted to facilities that do not intend to relocate back to the original location or for reoccurring changes.
