If a facility operates at one location for part of the year, and at another location for the rest of the year on a regular, reoccurring basis, the higher capacity of the two locations will be used to calculate the licensing fee.
The facility face sheet and WISCCRS data entry will reflect the information for the location where the facility operates the majority of the year, except for capacity. The higher capacity of the two locations will be entered into WISCCRS. A note will be entered into the comments tab in WISCCRS to reflect the location of the facility for the remainder of the year.
