2.5 Exit Conference

At the conclusion of each on-site licensing study visit, the licensing specialist conducts an exit interview with the applicant to review those areas not in compliance. S/he instructs the applicant to complete the necessary requirements and then notify the licensing specialist when all items are in compliance so that s/he may make an on-site visit to verify compliance. The licensing specialist either leaves documentation of the unmet rules at the conclusion of the site visit or sends a copy of the documentation to the applicant within 10 business days.
