5.7.1 When Rehabilitation Review is Pending During License or Certification Application

If an applicant or household member is barred at the time of initial application but has applied for rehabilitation review, BECR or the certification agency may:

• Hold the application pending the outcome of the appeal, or

• Recommend to the applicant that he or she withdraw the application pending the outcome of the appeal, or

• Immediately deny the application.
