4.4.3 Denials or Revocations of Operating Licenses for Adult Programs

Adult facilities included in the IBIS results are adult family homes, community-based residential facilities (CBRFs) and nursing homes. A name listed in this section means the individual had a license to operate a facility regulated under Wis. Stat. § 50 that was denied or revoked due to a bar specified in Wis. Stat. § 48.686. The date of the denial or revocation is displayed as well as a phone number where additional information can be obtained.
