Child Care Background Check Procedures

2.4.1 When the Applicant Fails to Submit the Required Background Check Request Forms

If all required Background Check Request forms are not submitted, the BECR regional licensing office or local certification agency informs the applicant that submittal of the Background Check Request forms is required as part of the complete application and explains either in writing or by phone that non-submittal of the Background Check Request forms may result in application delay or denial.
