1.13 Rehabilitation Review

Rehabilitation review is a process that allows a barred individual an opportunity to demonstrate through clear and convincing evidence that he or she is rehabilitated and not likely to repeat the conduct that led to the criminal conviction or other offense. Approval through the Rehabilitation Review Panel lifts the bar to regulatory approval, employment and/or household member residency.
