2.8.1 - Notice of Denial in Child Care Provider Portal

Entering the Denial decision in WISCCRS will transfer information to the Child  Care Provider Portal online application for the applicant to see.  It is important that the enforcement be entered and enforcement letter be uploaded at the same time.

• Denied – DCF Administrative Rule

• Denied – DCF13 – Bar with Rehab

• Denied – DCF13 – other

• Denied - 5 – year bar

• Denied - DCF 202

• Denied - DHS 13 – Subst Related

• Denied – Permanent Bar

• Denied – Permanent Bar/Provider

Although the denial reason in WISCCRS will include those above, the denial status/reason in WISCCRS will display in the CCPP for the applicant as “Denied – See Notice.”  The enforcement letter will be viewable in the CCPP.
