Child Care Certification Policy Manual
When a request to appeal a suspension or revocation occurs just prior to the operator’s expiration date the certification worker shall send to the operator recertification application materials 60-90 days prior to the original expiration date. The certification worker:
May deny an application for recertification for the same basis as the revocation / suspension, if appropriate.
May process the application but not approve / grant certification until outcome of the appeal.
