5.1 - Deciding What Information Must Be Known in Order to Reach a Finding About Each Alleged Violation

The certification worker should carefully think through what information must be gathered during the investigation in order make a finding about whether a specific violation(s) occurred. It is advisable to write down specific questions that must be answered and/or facts that must be known before an allegation can be proved or disproved and a finding reached.
